The race.
Join the Livin' for Lynnie ALS Walk on August 22, 2026, at 10 AM at Eastside Shelter House in Swan Lake State Park, Carroll, Iowa. Participants can choose between a 3.8-mile or 3.1-mile walk route around the lake. All proceeds benefit the ALS Association Iowa Chapter. The event includes lunch from Forky's Food Truck, baked goods and lemonade for sale, yard games, and a cornhole tournament starting at 12:30 PM. An air-conditioned shelter house is available for those not walking, and a silent auction will be held inside.
