The Long Life Meal Prep Cannonball Running Festival takes place October 16, 2026, in Greensboro, NC, featuring 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon distances with a start and finish in Country Park. All participants receive a custom finisher medal, t-shirt, food, and professional race photos. The Double Barrel Challenge allows runners to compete in a Friday evening 5K followed by a Saturday race (10K, Half Marathon, or Marathon), earning two shirts and two custom finisher medals plus bonus awards. Two craft beverages are included with race registration, with additional beer sales benefiting Brenner Children's. The post-race celebration includes live music, awards, and activities. Registration must be completed two weeks before the event to guarantee a shirt.
