The race.

Lookin' for a Cure Palo Alto takes place on July 11, 2026, at 2452 Watson Court in Palo Alto, with a 7 a.m. registration and 8 a.m. race start. Participants can choose from a 5K, 3.1-mile run/walk, or virtual 5K option. Packet pickup occurs July 10 from 4–6 p.m. at Road Runner Sports in San Carlos. All finishers receive a medal, and those registered by June 27 receive a guaranteed race t-shirt. The event supports the Stanford Ocular Oncology Program, with proceeds funding research and patient support for ocular melanoma. Age group awards are presented at 9:30 a.m., and free parking is available at the Byers Eye Institute lot.
