This run/walk benefits ALS research and patient support across Minnesota and the Dakotas, taking place July 18, 2026, at Roseau City Park in Roseau, Minnesota. Participants can choose from three distances: a 1-mile fun walk/run starting at 8:40 a.m., a 3.1-mile walk/run beginning at 8:30 a.m., and a 6.2-mile option. Age divisions span from 6 to 109 years old. Race packet pickup and registration occur at Roseau City Park on Friday, July 17 from 7:00–8:00 p.m., and Saturday, July 18 from 7:15–8:00 a.m. Pre-registration deadline is July 1, 2026. Entry fees are $30 if postmarked by July 1 ($40 after); family rates are $85 by deadline ($95 after). Finishers receive post-race refreshments, medals in age divisions, and overall male and female placeholders receive plaques. T-shirts are available in limited supply for same-day registrants.
