About the race
The race.
Mayor’s 5K benefits Haines City’s Relay for Life. Participants will begin at Lake Eva Park, race around the beautiful lake, and end at the park. Registration is $25 and all participants will receive a t-shirt. Trophies will be given to the top 3 male and female participants., and finisher medals will be given to all finishers. Race Route: Start at Lake Eva Park 3rd St. - Wood Ave. Wood Ave. - S 1st St. S. 1st St. - Peninsular Ave. Peninsular Ave. - Peninsular Dr. Peninsular Dr. - Alta Vista Dr. Alta Vista Dr. - S. 10th St. (Runners will be past this point by approximately 7:45 AM) S. 10th St - Wood Ave. Wood Ave. - S. 8th St. S. 8th St. - Johns Ave. Johns Ave. - S. 9th St. S. 9th St. - Lake Eva Park Trail Finish on the Great Lawn
