The race.
The Mayor's Cup 5K presented by Sunrise Rotary takes place on July 11, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in Plattsburgh, NY. The race starts and finishes at Plattsburgh City Beach and follows a two-loop route on paved trails, including the Heritage Trail and Karen Fleury Bike Path. Registration costs $25 in advance or $30 on race day. All proceeds support Plattsburgh Sunrise Rotary. Finishers receive a Mayor's Cup baseball cap, and top three finishers in male and female categories earn prizes. Adirondack Coast Events provides race timing.
