MCBC Fit Fellowship 5K Run/Walk 2026

The race.

The MCBC Fit Fellowship 5K Run/Walk takes place September 6, 2026, in Shelby, NC, starting at 8:00 AM from 422 Carolina Avenue. The 3.1-mile course begins and ends at the same location, with a halfway point at 1205 Northside Drive. Registration is $25 and includes a race t-shirt, bib, and timing chip. Finishers receive complimentary fruit and water. Medals are awarded to top finishers in age groups ranging from 15 and under through 61 and above, plus the top 3 overall fastest finishers. Packet pickup is available September 4 from 3:30–6:30 PM at 1205 Northside Drive, or race morning at 7:00 AM at the start location. The first 25 registered participants receive a special prize. Water stations and route volunteers are positioned throughout the course, with medical personnel on-site.
