The race.
Medal Madness offers four distances—5K, 10K, half marathon, and marathon—on October 31, 2026, in Harrisburg, PA. All finishers receive medals. Water stations are located at the finish area and at the end of each lap. The race is organized by US Road Running and operates with minimal on-site staffing; EMS is not stationed on site. Participants should plan for weather conditions and bring supplies as needed between laps.
