Medal Madness 5K, 10K, & 13.1M at Gadsden, AL, (11) 2026

The race.

Medal Madness offers five distances on March 14, 2026, in Gadsden, AL, starting at 8:00 AM. Runners can choose the 5K, 10K, 15K, 1 mile, or half marathon (13.1 miles). The 5K and 10K courses use a 0.78-mile out-and-back pea gravel trail route, with the 5K covering it twice and the 10K four times. The 15K completes the same trail six times. The half marathon runs a separate 1.09-mile out-and-back loop six times. All races have a 3-hour-30-minute time limit. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the 8:00 AM start and closes 10 minutes before the race; online registration through RunSignup is required with no on-site registration available. The course begins near Gadsden Mall, accessed via Old S. 4 Street.
