Fleet Feet Mobile's 8-week Battleship 12K Training Program begins Saturday, September 19, 2026, in Mobile, Alabama. Participants meet weekly on Saturdays at 7:00 AM at Fleet Feet Mobile (3972 Airport Blvd) for in-person coaching sessions led by RRCA-certified coach Angela Levins, with additional weekly training workouts provided via email. The program prepares participants for the Battleship 12K race on November 15, a point-to-point course starting in Spanish Fort and finishing at Battleship Memorial Park at the USS Alabama. The training program accommodates walkers and runners of all fitness levels and includes pace teams during the race. Race registration is separate from the training program fee and requires individual enrollment.
