The race.
Medal Madness offers three distance options on August 29, 2026, in Montgomery, Alabama: a 5K, 10K, and half marathon (13.1 miles). Finisher medals are awarded to all participants. Water stations are available at the finish area and at the end of each lap. The course is marked clearly, and results will be posted on the US Road Running race page. Race staff will be present, though EMS is not stationed on site.
