The race.
Medal Madness 5K & 10K takes place on September 19, 2026, in Merritt Island, Florida. Runners and walkers can choose between a 5K or 10K distance. Finisher medals are awarded to all participants. Water stations are located at the finish area and at the end of each lap. Race staff will be present on course, though EMS is not stationed on site. The event follows a low-pressure, community-focused format welcoming runners and walkers of all levels.
