The race.

Miles 4 Smiles 5K takes place September 12, 2026, at Neshaminy State Park in Bensalem, PA. All race proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society. Registration costs $30 through September 15 and $40 after that date. The top three overall finishers receive cash prizes and trophies, and age-group awards are given to the top two finishers in categories spanning ages 11–79, with all participants aged 60 and older receiving awards. Race t-shirts are guaranteed for early registrants. Professional timing and results are provided by Bryn Mawr Racing Co.
