Miles for Migraine hosts a 2-mile walk and 5K run on October 3, 2026, at Laurel Hills Park in Lorton, VA. The event raises funds for migraine and headache awareness, treatment, and research, with proceeds benefiting the MedStar Georgetown Headache Clinic and Miles for Migraine programs. All finishers in both distances receive a finisher medal, and the 5K run is professionally timed.
