The race.
Miles For Mutts is a 5K run/walk held October 3, 2026, in Newburgh, IN, benefiting the Warrick Humane Society. The event starts and finishes at the Warrick Humane Society's shelter and follows a 3.1-mile course on Warrick Trails. Registration fees are $25 through September 1st, $30 through September 30th, and $35 from October 1st through race day. All registrants receive a soft ring-spun t-shirt. Top 5 finishers in male and female categories receive awards, as does the first-place dog. Optional pet bandanas are available for $10. Participants may also donate $30 for a long-sleeved t-shirt or $50 for an insulated tumbler.
