Minocqua "No Frills" Marathon 2026

The race.

The Minocqua "No Frills" Marathon takes place on September 6, 2026, in Minocqua, Wisconsin. The marathon follows an out-and-back course on the Bearskin trail, starting and finishing downtown Minocqua with the finish at the trestle. The main marathon start is at 7:00 a.m., with early start options available at 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. by special arrangement; early starters at 6:00 a.m. are not eligible for overall awards. Registration and packet pickup occur at the American Legion (121 W Front St.) on Saturday, September 5 from 5:00–7:00 p.m. and Sunday, September 6 from 6:00–7:45 a.m. The course is Boston Marathon certified (WI22019DM). Proceeds benefit the General Federation of Women's Clubs.
