Description

Fourth annual 4 mile race hosted by the Mohegan Striders, this race runs through Groton, CT.

It will take place on Sunday, August 16th, 2026 at 9:30am.

Registration and Check-In will open at 8AM in the Sneekers Parking Lot (Where there is NOT PARKING FOR RUNNERS )

First 200 registered will receive a t-shirt! First come first served on sizes race day.

$100 for First Overall Male and Female. Gift Cards for top 3 (Excluding top OA) for male/female in the following divisions: <=19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80&#43;, plus top 3 Nonbinary. Awards are based on gun time.

Awards will take place at 10:30 AM, and Sneekers Cafe will be open during and following awards! Drop in with your $1 off coupon from registration.

MOHEGAN STRIDERS and WTAC MEMBERS who are properly registered with your respective clubs receive a discount if signing up prior to race day.

Online registration closes 11:59pm the night before the race. After that it's paper apps on race day.

The runsignup fee will be PAID BY THE RACE, so the price you see is the price you get!

Dogs not permitted to run in the race.

PARKING:

Runners should park at the EB Parking Lot, M-Lot/Annex , which comes up on google maps. It is about 0.1 miles west of Sneekers Cafe (568 Poquonnock Rd, Groton, CT). PLEASE DO NOT PARK AT SNEEKERS, there will be large race parking signs at the EB Lot. Directions from the highway are:

Take exit 87 from I-95

Continue onto CT-349 S

Turn left onto Rainville Ave

Turn right onto State Hwy 649/Poquonnock Rd

Turn right into EB Parking Lot, M-Lot/Annex
