Monster Triathlon 2026

The race.

Monster Triathlon takes place October 11, 2026, in Keller, TX. Two distance options are available: a Super Sprint featuring a 300-meter swim, 10-mile two-loop bike course, and 5K run; and a Sprint with a 300-meter swim, 14.5-mile three-loop bike course, and 5K run. The swim uses 50-meter lanes that are 9 feet wide, and the run follows Keller trails. Costumes are encouraged at the finish line. In case of inclement weather, the start may be delayed up to one hour; the course may be shortened or altered, or the event cancelled, at the Race Director's discretion.
