Montey's Pack: 2026 Reps for Rescues is a fitness competition held August 9, 2026, in Phoenixville, PA. The event features a multi-station functional fitness challenge with a 400-meter run to start, followed by four rounds of exercises including ski erg, sled push, sled pull, kettlebell swings, burpee broad jumps, and air bike work, finishing with a 400-meter run. Modified versions of stations are available upon request on competition day. The competition welcomes individuals, teams, and all fitness levels, with a virtual participation option available. One hundred percent of proceeds benefit local animal shelters and rescue programs.
