Description

Run with us on Sunday morning, September 27, 2026 on the newly restored Moosup Valley State Park Trail, in Moosup CT. The Kids Fun Run begins at 9:30 am and the 10K race begins at 10:10 am, with the 8K, begins at 10:20 and the 5K immediately afterwards, about 10:30.

All runners can park next to Weidele's Pizza and Pub, 50 Main Street, Moosup CT. This is the starting and finishing line for all races.

After the race, all runners will receive a choice of medallion or quality tee shirt*, and food and beverages at Weidele's. Relax on the lawn or picnic tables of the restaurant, as we announce the winners. The races are 100% State Park Trail, the 5K and 8K cross two back roads going toward RI, the 10K crosses one road going toward Moosup. There are 5 Water Stations. Proceeds support The Rotary Club of Plainfield, CT Foundation, which is focused on food insecurity and women's health products for the underserved members of our local community.

Leashed, well behaved K-9's are welcome!

*You must register by Sept 15 to secure your shirt size!
