Mora Half Marathon & 5K 2026

The race.

The Mora Half Marathon & 5K takes place on August 15, 2026, in Mora, Minnesota. The half marathon (13.1 miles) starts at 7:30 a.m. and the 5K begins at 7:45 a.m., with a free kids race following the 5K start. Online registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on August 14th; bib pickup and same-day registration occur from 6:15–7:00 a.m. on race day at the start/finish area behind Mora Elementary and Mora High School. Race shirts are provided to all participants who register by August 1st (available in women's and unisex cuts). Awards include trophies for top overall finishers and medals for top three age group finishers in each distance; the 5K also awards medals to top local finishers from Kanabec County. Official timing for the half marathon ends 3 hours 15 minutes after the start.
