The race.
Motion is Lotion 2026 takes place October 3 in North Augusta, SC, featuring a 5K run, 5K walk, 1-mile run, and virtual 5K option. The out-and-back course on the Greenway runs 3.12 miles between Riverview Park and SRP Park, with parking at Riverview Park near the baseball fields. Awards are presented at 10 a.m., and post-race refreshments include fruit and water. Proceeds benefit the Augusta University Student Physical Therapist Association and student-led outreach initiatives.
