The Mount Nebo Chicken Fried 10K takes place on August 29, 2026, in Dardanelle, Arkansas. The 10K course is paved and begins at Rock Street next to the Dollar General, climbing to the finish at the Mount Nebo pool parking lot with nine switchbacks. Packet pickup and same-day registration occur at the start line beginning at 5:45 a.m., with the race starting at 7:00 a.m. Participants must use the chip-timed mats at start and finish to be recorded. Awards include overall top-three finishes for male and female runners and walkers, plus age-group awards across ten-year increments from 0–9 through 80+, presented at 9:00 a.m. All participants receive a shirt and custom medal; those completing all three races in the Tri Peak Series earn an additional finisher medal. Register by 11:59 p.m. CST on August 17 to guarantee shirt and medal.
