The race.
Moving for Mothers' Milk Bank Southeast hosts a 5K and 1-mile fun run on November 7, 2026, in Smyrna, Tennessee at Sharp Springs Park. The certified 5K course is timed, and participants receive a commemorative t-shirt and medal. All 5K registrants may enter the 1-mile kids' run at no additional charge. Proceeds benefit Mothers' Milk Bank Southeast, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides pasteurized donor human milk to vulnerable infants and funds donor screening, milk collection and transport, and lab equipment.
