NAMI Tallahassee's Bluebird Run/Walk takes place on Labor Day, September 7, 2026, in Tallahassee, FL, offering a 5K trail run through the greenway and a 1-mile fun run/walk across the Lafayette Heritage Canopy Bridge. Registration opens at 7:00 a.m. Participants can register for timed entry with an official race bib and results or untimed entry at their own pace. Race day amenities include sports drinks, bottled water, watermelon, bananas, snacks, and sno-cones. A Memory Lane tribute honors loved ones lost to suicide, and a Mental Health Fair connects participants with local mental health providers and resources. Proceeds benefit NAMI Tallahassee programs supporting mental health education, support groups, and advocacy.
