About the race
The race.
The NCR Marathon & Half Marathon takes place on Saturday, November 28, 2026, on the Northern Central Railroad Trail in Sparks, Maryland. The half marathon distance is offered as part of this 37th running of the Baltimore Road Runners Club event. The course runs on crushed gravel and dirt trail alongside Big Gunpowder Falls. Start and finish are located at Oldfields School. All finishers receive a blanket and a unisex NCR hoody at packet pickup.
