Never Forget 5k & Fun Run 2026

The race.

The Never Forget 5K & Fun Run takes place September 12, 2026, at Hatbox Events Center in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Participants can register for a 5K or 1-mile fun run, both starting at 8:00 a.m., with a 9/11 remembrance ceremony beginning at 7:40 a.m. The event is chip-timed and offers medals to the top three finishers in ten-year age groups (12 & under through 80 & over) and trophies to the top three overall male and female finishers. T-shirts are guaranteed to those who register by September 3rd; later registrations receive shirts on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration fees vary: $30 for the 5K and $17.50 for the fun run through July 31st; $35 and $20 respectively from August 1st through September 11th; and $40 and $25 on race day.
