The race.

The Ninja 5K, 10K, & 13.1M takes place on August 15, 2026, in Knoxville, Tennessee. Runners and walkers can choose between 5K and 10K distances. Finisher medals are awarded to all participants. Water stations are available at the finish area and at the end of each lap. The race operates with minimal on-site staff, and EMS is not stationed at the event, so participants should prepare accordingly for weather and bring needed supplies.
