NM HOBBLER GOBBLER THANKSGIVING DAY RUN: 10K, 5K, 2-MILE WALK and KIDS K 2026

The race.

The NM Hobbler Gobbler runs on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026, in Rio Rancho at Loma Colorado Park near the Rio Rancho Aquatic Center. Race options include a 10K starting at 9:00 a.m., a 5K at 9:05 a.m., a 2-mile walk at 9:05 a.m., and a Kids K at 10:15 a.m., with virtual 10K and 5K options also available. Separate age divisions for participants 17 and under are offered for the 5K and 2-mile walk. Registration includes a long-sleeve event shirt, finisher medal, and professional timing with awards for overall and age-group placements. Packet pickup occurs November 25 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the New Balance Store in Albuquerque, with race-day registration and pickup also available at the park.
