The race.
The North Hall Lions Club Cupcake Challenge 5K takes place September 19, 2026, in Clermont, GA, offering a 5K, 1K Fun Run, and Virtual Runner option. The flat course starts and finishes at Strickland Funeral Home's parking lot on Highway 254/Main Street, with race day registration and packet pickup beginning at 6:30 AM. Finishers receive a cupcake. The 5K awards include top overall male and female, masters (40+) and grandmasters (50+) categories, plus top 3 finishers in age groups spanning 10 and under through 70 and over. T-shirts are guaranteed to those registered by September 11; others receive shirts while supplies last. The race coincides with the Clermont Days Festival.
