The NWANA 5K Nordic Walking Series runs monthly from June through December 2026, with seven separate 5K Nordic Walking events held virtually. Participants complete one official 5K effort during each monthly event window, submit results online, and accumulate points toward season standings. Nordic Walking poles are required for official participation. Results are verified by NWANA staff through activity data review, including tracker files and metrics, and must show no rest breaks or stopped-time intervals. Final series awards are based on cumulative points from all approved monthly results.
