About the race
The race.
The Ocean State 5K Trail Run takes place on September 26, 2026, at Goddard Park in Warwick, Rhode Island. The 5K course covers 3.1 miles on trails along the bay and grasslands, with a flat terrain. The race starts at 7:30 a.m. near the golf course clubhouse, which also serves as the finish location. All ages are welcome to participate as runners, joggers, or walkers. T-shirts are provided for all entrants who register before race day. Online registration closes at midnight on September 25, 2026, with late registration available on race day starting at 7:00 a.m.
