The race.
The Oklahoma Fallen Heroes race takes place September 19, 2026, in Oklahoma City on the OKC River Trail, featuring a 13.1-mile half marathon, 10K, and 5K run/walk. The event honors twenty fallen heroes with individual recognition markers placed at the starting line, each mile marker along the course, and the finish line. Participants will encounter banners at fifteen points along the route, each displaying a photo and biography of one of the honored individuals. This is an unsanctioned race.
