Olde Towne's "Stride for Wellness" CARTER'S GROVE 10K & 5K 2026

The race.

Olde Towne's "Stride for Wellness" features a 10K and 5K on November 7, 2026, in Williamsburg, VA, starting from the James City County Government Complex at 101 Mount's Bay Road. The courses follow the paved Carter's Grove Country Road; the 10K is USATF-certified and a Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix event. A 1-mile fun run is free for children under 10. Check-in begins at 7:45 a.m., with packet pickup available November 6 from noon to 5 p.m. at Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center or race morning. All registered runners receive a race shirt; size guarantees apply to registrations by October 15. Early bird registration ends September 30 with a $5 discount. Medals go to top finishers in age groups and overall categories for both distances. Proceeds benefit Olde Towne's health and wellness programs for the greater Williamsburg community.
