Oldham County Sprint Triathlon 2026

The race.

The Oldham County Sprint Triathlon takes place on August 29, 2026, at Wendell Moore Park in La Grange, Kentucky. This USAT-sanctioned event features a 400-meter pool swim with staggered starts every 15 seconds, a 10-mile bike course on Oldham County roads, and a 2-mile run on park grounds and asphalt trails. Participants must be at least 16 years old. All finishers receive a medal, and awards go to overall male and female winners plus top finishers in multiple age groups. The race includes a post-race awards ceremony with free pizza and door prize drawings. Registration costs $75 per person (non-USAT members pay an additional one-day insurance fee), with a deadline of August 16 at 11:59 p.m. and a 200-entry cap.
