One Epic Run 2026

The race.

One Epic Run takes place at Croft State Park in Spartanburg, SC on December 6th at 9am. The 5K course follows the old loop route toward the Southside. Runners should enter at 450 Croft State Park Road and proceed to the main park office near the Campground Loop 1. Participants use self-timing and manually report results at the finish. Bring your own hydration vessel for the aid station, where runners are invited to contribute a dish to share. Park admission is $6 for adults, $1.50 for SC seniors, $1 for children ages 6-15, and free for children age 5 and under.
