The race.
Operation Hope: AAS 5K/10K for Suicide Awareness takes place October 29, 2026, in Lexington, VA, organized by the Arnold Air Society. Participants may choose between 5K and 10K distances. Check-in runs from 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM at Jordan's Point Park. Registration is free with donations accepted. Parking is available at Jordan's Point Park, along Jordan's Point Road, and at VMI North Post lots, with additional parking available in town. Proceeds support suicide awareness and mental health initiatives benefiting cadets, veterans, and community members.
