Ore to Shore 2026

The Ore to Shore takes place August 8, 2026, in Marquette, Michigan, featuring six race distances: a 48-mile point-to-point Hard Rock course starting in Negaunee, a 28-mile Soft Rock point-to-point, a 10-mile Shore Rock starting at Lakeview Arena at 8am, a 4-mile Junior Rock loop for ages 13 and under, a 1-mile Little Rock course, and a 50-yard Littlest Rock event. The Hard Rock and Soft Rock courses begin on pavement before transitioning to dirt trails, passing through local mining history sites. Junior Rock, Little Rock, and Littlest Rock participants receive commemorative t-shirts, and Junior Rock racers are placed into age groups ranging from 5 and under through 12 to 13. Top age group finishers in Shore Rock receive trophies, while Little Rock and Littlest Rock participants receive ribbons.
