OUTLAST NASHVILLE 2026

The race.

OUTLAST Nashville is a 6-hour trail endurance event held November 14, 2026, in Hermitage, Tennessee. Participants run one 5-kilometer loop per hour for up to six consecutive hours on trail terrain; each lap must be completed within its hour window to remain eligible for the next round. Runners who complete four laps earn a "Grit Earned" patch, five laps earn a "Survivor" patch, and all six laps earn the premium OUTLAST medal. All participants receive an OUTLAST technical shirt. Aid stations at basecamp provide water, hydration, and snacks (bring your own cup). Top male and female finishers with the fastest combined times win divisional awards, and the fastest runner nationally across all OUTLAST events receives $1,000.
