Palmetto Bluff Buffalo Run 10K, 30K, 50K Ultra and Relay 2026

The race.

The Palmetto Bluff Buffalo Run takes place on December 13, 2026, in Bluffton, South Carolina, featuring 10K, 30K, and 50K trail races plus relay options. The 30K and 50K distances accommodate 3-person and 5-person relay teams respectively. All races use trail courses combining single track, dirt, and gravel roads. Race start times are 6:30 AM for the 50K, 8:30 AM for the 30K, and 10:00 AM for the 10K. Packet pickup occurs Saturday, December 12, from 1–5 PM at Palmetto Running Company in Bluffton. Participants registered before December 1 receive long-sleeve shirts; all finishers earn medals, with 50K solo finishers receiving an additional award and first-place finishers in each division earning bronze awards. Hydration and fuel stations are positioned midway and at the finish. An after-party begins at 11:30 AM featuring live music, local beer, and buffalo wings, with proceeds benefiting the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy.
