About the race
The race.
PARAGHOUL 5K/10K takes place October 24, 2026, at 8:00 am in downtown Paragould, Arkansas. Runners choose between 5K and 10K distances on a paved course along the 8 Mile Creek Trail, starting and finishing in downtown. All finishers receive medals and age group awards. The race includes a costume contest with prizes for first, second, and third place. Participants receive a swag bag; kids in the fun run get a race shirt, medal, water bottle, and candy. An 18-and-over inflatable fun run covers half a mile with t-shirts for participants and prizes for top three finishers. A portion of entry fees benefits the Agape House.
