Pirate 5K, 10K, & 13.1M at Gadsden, AL (15) 2026

The race.

The Pirate 5K, 10K, 13.1-mile, 1-mile, and 15K race takes place on April 11, 2026, in Gadsden, Alabama, starting at 8:00 AM. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the start; pre-registration on RunSignup is required, with no on-site registration available. The 5K and 10K courses use a 0.78-mile out-and-back pea gravel trail route repeated two and four times respectively, while the 15K repeats this segment six times. The half-marathon follows a separate 1.09-mile out-and-back pea gravel trail, repeated six times for a total distance of 3.18 miles per loop. All races must be completed within 3 hours and 30 minutes. The race is located behind Gadsden Mall, near Old S. 4 Street.
