The race.
The Plantation Lakes Turkey Trot takes place on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026, in the Plantation Lakes community on Carolina Forest Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, SC. The 5K run/walk starts at 8:45 AM, followed by a 1-mile fun run/walk at 9:00 AM. All races begin and finish within the Plantation Lakes community. Packet pickup is available Wednesday, November 27 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and race day registration opens at 7:30 AM at the Amenity Center. Finishers receive a shirt and medal. Parking is provided at the Amenity Center with overflow parking on the left side of Shoreward Drive.
