The race.
The Poolesville Day 5K Run & Walk takes place on September 19, 2026, in Poolesville, Maryland, as part of the town's annual Poolesville Day celebration. Participants can run or walk the 5K course. Event-day t-shirts are provided to the first 450 registered participants. Proceeds from the race, after expenses, support community needs through the Poolesville Area Chamber of Commerce and Monocacy Lions Club. The race runs regardless of weather conditions, and participants may volunteer on race day by contacting the race director.
