About the race

The race.

The Popsicle Fun Run, sponsored by Mizuno, takes place on July 11, 2026, in Mobile, Alabama. Participants can choose between a 1.8-mile walk and a 3.6-mile run, both starting from the Mizuno store on McGregor Hill at 8:00 AM. Sign-in and shoe demonstrations begin at 7:45 AM. After the run, attendees return to the store for activities including a popsicle balance dance-off, kids' race, costume contest, and raffle drawing. Free popsicles are provided to all participants, and the Center for Balance and Rehabilitation offers physical therapy assessments on-site before and after the event.
