Provincetown 5K Pilgrim Trot 2026

The race.

The 13th Annual Provincetown 5K Pilgrim Trot takes place on Thanksgiving morning, November 26, 2026, in Provincetown, MA. This 5K community event features an out-and-back course along Commercial Street, starting and finishing at Sandcastle Resort and Club (929 Commercial Street), with the turnaround point at PAAM. Registration and bib pickup occur from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. at the Sandcastle Resort. The first 130 online registrants receive a race tee shirt. Awards include $100 for first-place male and female finishers and ribbons for children under 12. All proceeds benefit Helping Our Women, and participants may donate canned protein and personal products collected for community distribution. Pets and costumes are welcome.
