Pumpkin Run and (Free Kid Mile Run) 2026

The race.

The 2nd Annual Pumpkin Run takes place November 14, 2026, in Warsaw, Indiana, featuring a 5K road course and a free 1-mile run for kids. Pre-registration closes November 6 at 1 PM; packet pickup and day registration occur race morning from 7:45 to 8:45 AM (extending to 9:15 AM for 5K participants) at parking areas near the campground and Pike Lake beach. The 5K includes a lightweight hoodie, finisher's medal, and apple cider at the finish line; the Pumpkin Mile is free and includes a finisher's medal for all participants. All finishers receive a pumpkin, and overall male and female winners of the 5K receive awards. A Tough Pumpkin 5K option allows runners to carry a pumpkin during the race and earn a special medal and goodie bag. Pumpkin painting and carving activities are available post-race.
