About the race
The race.
The Pumpkin Spice Run takes place on October 11, 2026, in Seattle, WA at Seward Park. Participants can choose from four race distances: 10K, 5K, 1 mile, or 0.25 mile stroller dash, plus a separate kids race. All finishers receive a Pumpkin Spice Latte with registration. The event includes a pumpkin festival with games and face painting, and runners may select a mini pumpkin to carry during the race. A festive fall celebration awaits at the finish line.
