The race.

The Punta Gorda GOTR Spring 5K takes place on December 5, 2026, in Punta Gorda, Florida, featuring a 5K distance. This event celebrates Girls on the Run participants completing their seasonal programming. Registration includes a finisher medal, unisex cotton/poly race shirt, and age group awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers, plus overall male and female awards. Packet pickup is available Saturday, April 25, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at 670 Cooper Street, Punta Gorda, or race morning from 6:45 to 7:45 a.m. Race morning registration is also available from 6:30 to 7:45 a.m. for $40. A Girls on the Run merchandise tent will be available at the event. No refunds or rain dates are offered.
