The race.
The Put-In-Bay 5K takes place on September 19, 2026, in Put-In-Bay, Ohio, with proceeds benefiting Mother of Sorrows Parish. The 5K race begins at 9:30 am from a start location outside the Boathouse Bar and Grill; a separate 1-mile non-timed event also starts at 9:30 am. Packet pickup runs Friday, September 18, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday, September 19, from 8:00 am to 9:15 am at DeRivera Park. Pre-registration costs $30 through September 9, 2026, and $35 from September 11 onward. The 5K is chip-timed. Dogs on short leashes and strollers are permitted but participants with these should start at the back of the race.
